Hello Family,

I am excited to tell you we are planning our 2010 Family Reunion in Tunica, Mississippi at the Harrah’s Casino on July 9th-11th 2010. You will receive a letter to inform you that we need to know the total number of individuals who will be attending. Information for those who are attending was due by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6th, 2009, if you have not submitted your attendance card please due so ASAP.

We have blocked off rooms for The Bobo, Jennings and Madlock family reunion in the name of Joyce Madlock. Our special reunion rate is $129.00 per night and our rooms are reserved in the Veranda Tower. Reservations should be made no later than Friday June 4th, 2010.

A credit card or $50.00 cash deposit will be required per room at check-in for all guest to insure payment of incidentals and will be returned at time of check-out in the event you do not incur any incidentals charges. (Room service, in-room movies, etc.).

If your reservation is NOT made by June 4th, 2010 you will be subject to the price of $269.00 per night. Call (866) 638-7095 to make your reservation.

Included in the letter mailed to your home was an index card, please write the names of all adults and children who will be attending. Also please write your complete address, telephone numbers, email addresses and T-Shirt sizes and mail the card:

Cost for the reunion are as follows:

Adults 18 yrs and over:          $80.00

Children 17 yrs to 13 yrs:       $40.00

Children 12 yrs and under:    $25.00
